We are a group of Canadian and American snowbirds who love southern Baja and especially the comunity of Los Barriles. The Playa Norte RV Park is also a special community of people. We hail from the eastern and western Canadian provinces and the Western US States.

The Lessors

We have several beachfront RV sites, with incredible early morning experiences. Some sites have pergolas for shade and fencing for your fur babies. Each site has 30 amp, water, and sewer. There is a large communal fire pit and individual site firepits are also available.

Park Services

Playa Norte RV Park has a full-service laundry (wash, dry and fold) or you can do your own. There are well-maintained, individual showers for privacy and great water pressure. Amigos Beach Bar and Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.

What sites are available and when are they available?

Playa Norte RV Park has many sites available for one night to 365 nights and anything in between.

However, the beachfront sites represented on this website (A5, A6, A7) are only available by the week or month(s). The prices vary by time of year, length of rental, and site improvements.

What is the weekly/monthly fee?

High Season rates: $1,000 - $1,200 per month, $250 - $300 per week, includes utilities

Shoulder Season rates: $600 - $800 per month, $125 - $200 per week, includes utilities

Low Season rates: $400 - $600 per month, $100 - $150 per week, plus utilites

What are the Playa Norte park amenities?

Onsite laundry facilities and services, separate showers in bath house, onsite beach bar and restaurant, nightly security patrols.
